Young musicians share a variety of music with residents!

On March 15, DoReMi was delighted to return to The Residence at Bala Cynwyd for another live performance, sharing an afternoon of music with residents and staff.

The concert featured a diverse program performed by Kai Zheng, Grace Lu, Nandini Purohit, Vaidehi Purohit, Cyndi Zhi, and Michelle Han. The repertoire included classical works by Mozart, Bach, Haydn, Tchaikovsky, and Grieg, along with contemporary and cultural pieces such as River Flows in You, Blue, and Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon. The program also included duet performances, adding variety and collaboration to the concert.

The range of styles—from bright and lively classical pieces to calm and expressive works—created an engaging and enjoyable experience for the audience.

We are proud of our volunteers for their dedication, musicianship, and willingness to share their talents with the community. We are also grateful to the staff at The Residence at Bala Cynwyd, especially Ms. Jackson, for their continued support and hospitality, and to the residents for being such a warm and welcoming audience.

This performance was a meaningful reminder of how music can bring people together and brighten the day.
