Ending Summer with Do-Re-Mi

Another great afternoon of music to end the summer!

On August 24th 2026, the residents at The Residence at Bala Cynwyd enjoyed another afternoon of music provided by our talented volunteers. The residents were treated to an afternoon of Bach.

During this performance, we also introduced two volunteers who will help organize our performances, Cyndi and Sophie!

The performance featured cello, violin and piano with pieces ranging from Bach to Schumann. Some of our volunteers were Nandini, Vaidehi, Sophie, Cami and Cyndi. We also had some new volunteers, Nathan and his sister Ellie, Ethan, and Miya.

We are grateful to The Residence at Bala Cynwyd for welcoming us back and to all of the performers along with their families who made this event possible. It was heartwarming to see so many residents attending and enjoying the event with big smiles on their faces. We also enjoyed talking to everyone. This has inspired us to come back again to share our love and joy with everyone.

At DoReMi, our mission is to connect talented young musicians with senior communities through live performances that spread joy and build meaningful connections. We look forward to sharing more music with our community in the future.
